(a) An application feeof sixty‑five dollars ($65.00) per acre of disturbed land shown on anerosion and sedimentation control plan or of land actually disturbed during thelife of the project shall be charged for the review of an erosion andsedimentation control plan under this Article.
(b) The SedimentationAccount is established as a nonreverting account within the Department. Feescollected under this section shall be credited to the Account and shall beapplied to the costs of administering this Article.
(c) Repealed by SessionLaws 1991 (Reg. Sess., 1992), c. 1039, s. 3.
(d) This section maynot limit the existing authority of local programs approved pursuant to thisArticle to assess fees for the approval of erosion and sedimentation controlplans. (1989(Reg.
