The State Board of Community Colleges shall establish reasonable feesfor licenses, renewals, and approvals granted, and for inspections performedpursuant to this Article.
The fees and licenses collected under this section shall be placed in aspecial fund to be designated the "Commercial Education Fund" andshall be used under the supervision and direction of the State Board ofCommunity Colleges for the administration of this Article. No license fee shallbe refunded in the event the application is rejected or the license suspendedor revoked. (1961, c. 1175, s.6; 1981, c. 423, s. 1; 1987, c. 442, ss. 1, 2; 1989 (Reg.
