The Board of Governors, pursuant to its authority under G.S. 116‑11,shall adopt rules, after consultation with the board of directors of thePiedmont Triad Research Institute, to implement this Article as it affects theongoing roles of The University of North Carolina and its designatedconstituent institutions in the Piedmont Triad Graduate Engineering Program andin the education and research projects of the Institute.
