§ 116‑30.5.  Impacton education.

The Board of Governors shall require each special responsibilityconstituent institution to include in its institutional effectiveness planthose assessment measures that are determined by the Board to be measures thatwill assure some standard measure of student learning and development ingeneral undergraduate education at the special responsibility constituentinstitutions. The intent of this requirement is to measure the impact of G.S.116‑30.1 through G.S. 116‑30.5, establishing and administeringspecial responsibility constituent institutions, and their implementation onundergraduate student learning and development.  (1991, c. 689, s. 206.2(a); 1993 (Reg. Sess., 1994),c. 591, s. 10(a).)
