§ 119‑30. Establishment of laboratory for analysis of inspected products.

The Commissioner of Agriculture is authorized to provide for theanalysis of samples of inspected articles by establishing a laboratory underthe Gasoline and Oil Inspection Division for the analysis of inspectedproducts. (1937, c. 425, s.14; 1949, c. 1167.)
