§ 119‑36. Certified copies of official tests admissible in evidence.
A certified copy of the official test of the analysis of any petroleumproduct, under the seal of the Commissioner of Agriculture, shall be admissibleas evidence of the fact therein stated in any of the courts of this State onthe trial of any issue involving the qualities of said product.
