Statutes > North-carolina > Chapter_119 > GS_119-39§ 119‑39. Violation a misdemeanor.
Unless another penalty is provided in this Article, any personviolating any of the provisions of this Article or any of the rules andregulations of the Secretary of Revenue or the Commissioner of Agricultureand/or the Gasoline and Oil Inspection Board shall be guilty of a Class 1misdemeanor.
