Investigating Committees.
§ 120‑14. Power ofcommittees.
Any committee of investigationraised either by joint resolution or resolution of either house of the GeneralAssembly has full power to send for persons and papers, and, if necessary, tocompel attendance and production of papers by attachment or otherwise.
