The North Carolina StudyCommission on Aging.
§ 120‑180. Commission;creation.
The North Carolina StudyCommission on Aging is created to study and evaluate the existing system ofdelivery of State services to older adults and to recommend an improved systemof delivery to meet the present and future needs of older adults. This studyshall be a continuing one and the evaluation ongoing, as the population ofolder citizens grows and as old problems faced by older citizens magnify andare augmented by new problems.
