The Commission shall have itsinitial meeting no later than October 1, 1987, at the call of the President ofthe Senate and Speaker of the House. The President Pro Tempore of the Senateand the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall appoint a cochairman eachfrom the membership of the Commission. The Commission shall meet upon the callof the cochairmen. (1987, c. 873, s. 13.1; 1991, c. 739, s. 19.)
