§ 120‑29.  Journalsdeposited with Secretary of State.

The principal clerks of theSenate and House of Representatives, as soon as may be practicable after theclose of each session, shall deposit in the office of the Secretary of Statethe journals of the General Assembly; and the Secretary of State shall make andcertify copies of any part or entry of the journals, and may take for the copyof each entry made and certified the same fee as for the copy of a grant.  (1819, c. 1020, P.R.; R.C.,c. 52, s. 36; Code, s. 2867; Rev., s. 4420; C.S., s. 6113.)
