§ 120‑2.1.  Severabilityof Senate and House apportionment acts.

If any provision of any act ofthe General Assembly that apportions Senate or House districts is held invalidby any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity shall not affect otherprovisions that can be given effect without the invalid provision; and to thisend the provisions of any said act are severable. (1981, c. 771, s. 1.)
