§120‑30.9D.  Constitutional amendments; Secretary of State.

The Secretary of State shallsubmit to the Attorney General of the United States within 30 days ofratification all acts of the General Assembly that amend the North CarolinaConstitution and which constitute a "change affecting voting" underSection 5 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. (1985, c. 579, s. 1.)
