§120‑4.23.  Reexamination for disability retirement allowance.

Any disability retiree who hasnot reached age 65 shall be reexamined pursuant to G.S. 135‑5(e). Afterhe reaches age 65, no further examinations are required. (1983,c. 761, s. 238.)
