§ 120‑70.36.  Staffing.

The Legislative ServicesOfficer shall assign as staff to the Joint Select Committee professionalemployees of the General Assembly, as approved by the Legislative ServicesCommission. Clerical staff shall be assigned to the Joint Select Committeethrough the offices of the Directors of Legislative Assistants of the Senateand House of Representatives.
