§ 120C‑405.  Reportavailability.

(a)        All reports filedunder this Chapter shall be open to public inspection upon filing.

(b)        The Secretary ofState shall coordinate with the State Board of Elections to create a searchableWeb‑based database of reports filed under this Chapter and reports filedunder Subchapter VIII of Chapter 163 of the General Statutes. (2006‑201, s. 18.)
