§ 122C‑123. Otheragency responsibility.
Notwithstanding the provisionsof G.S. 122C‑112(a)(10), G.S. 122C‑117(a)(1), G.S. 122C‑127,and G.S. 122C‑131, other agencies of the Department, other Stateagencies, and other local agencies shall continue responsibility for servicesthey provide for persons with developmental disabilities.
