§ 122C‑151.2. Appeal byarea authorities and county programs.
(a) The area authorityor county program may appeal to the Commission any action regarding rules underthe jurisdiction of the Commission or rules under the joint jurisdiction of theCommission and the Secretary.
(b) The area authorityor county program may appeal to the Secretary any action regarding rules underthe jurisdiction of the Secretary.
(c) Appeals shall beconducted according to rules adopted by the Commission and Secretary and in accordancewith Chapter 150B of the General Statutes.
