§ 122C‑362.  CompactAdministrator.

Pursuant to the Compact, theSecretary is the Compact Administrator and, acting jointly with like officersof other party states, may adopt rules to carry out more effectively the termsof the Compact. The Compact Administrator shall cooperate with all departments,agencies and officers of and in the government of this State and itssubdivisions in facilitating the proper administration of the Compact, of anysupplementary agreement, or agreements entered into by this State.
