§ 122C‑409.  Communityof Butner comprehensive emergency management plan.

The Department of CrimeControl and Public Safety shall establish an emergency management agency asdefined in G.S. 166A‑4(2) for the Camp Butner Reservation, and the Townof Butner. (1985,c. 589, s. 2; 2007‑269, s. 8.)
