§124‑7.  Power of investigation of corporations.

The Governor and Council ofState shall have the power to investigate the affairs of any corporation orassociation described in G.S. 124‑3 and may require the Attorney Generalor the Utilities Commission to assist in making such investigation under therules and regulations prescribed in Chapter 62. (1925, c. 157, s. 7; 1933, c.134, s. 8; 1941, c. 97, s. 1.)
