Privilege of OrganizedState Militia and Reserve Components of the United States Armed Forces.

§ 127A‑116.  Leaves ofabsence for State officers and employees.

The Governor or the Governor'sdesignee shall promulgate appropriate policy and regulations relating to leavesof absence for short periods of military training and for State or federalmilitary duty or special emergency management service of all officers andemployees of the State and its political subdivisions, including officers and employeesof public educational facilities under the sponsorship of the State, withoutloss of pay, time or efficiency rating.
