§ 127A‑167. Appropriations to supplement available funds authorized.

Any city or town and anycounty in the State, separately or jointly, may make appropriations tosupplement available federal or State funds to be used for the construction ofarmory facilities for the North Carolina National Guard. Appropriations madeunder authority of this Article shall be in such amounts and in suchproportions as may be deemed adequate and necessary by the governing body ofthe county and/or municipality desiring to participate in the armoryconstruction program.  (1955, c. 1181, s. 1; 1975, c. 604, s. 2; 2009‑281, s. 1.)
