§ 127A‑181. Payment ofliability to responding state.
Upon presentation of a claimtherefor by an appropriate authority of a state whose National Guard forceshave aided this State pursuant to the Compact, any liability of this Statepursuant to G.S. 127A‑177(f) of this Compact shall be paid out of thegeneral fund.
