§127A‑45.5A. Other awards.
The Adjutant General may, fromtime to time, create such other awards and medals to recognize meritoriousservice or outstanding achievement. The creation of such awards and medalsshall be approved by the Governor. The Governor or his designee shall approvethe design of such awards and medals. (1991, c. 367, s. 5.)
