Military Property SalesFacilities.

§127B‑1. Militaryproperty sales facility defined.

Any person, partnership,association or corporation who engages in the business of selling, consigning,purchasing, transferring or in any way acquiring military property for resale,is a "military property sales facility". Specifically excluded arefacilities operated by the United States Government, the State of NorthCarolina or any of its agencies and persons, partnerships, associations orcorporations selling or purchasing military property pursuant to a contractwith the United States Government, the State of North Carolina or any of itsagencies.
