Discrimination AgainstMilitary Personnel.

§ 127B‑10.  Purpose.

The General Assembly finds anddeclares that military personnel in North Carolina vitally affect the generaleconomy of this State and that it is in the public interest and public welfareto ensure that no discrimination against military personnel is practiced by anybusiness. (1985, c. 522, s. 1.)
