§127B‑7. Penalties.
Any dealer who violates theprovisions of this Article shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. Inaddition, any dealer convicted of violating this Article shall be ineligiblefor a dealer's permit for a period of three years from the date of conviction.
