Every field agent or deputy ofthe various State departments who is authorized to collect money, audit books,inspect premises of individual or business firms and/or any other field workpertaining to the department which he represents, shall be furnished with anidentification card signed by the head of the department represented by him,certifying that the said field agent or deputy has authority to represent thedepartment, and such identification card shall carry a photographic likeness ofsaid representative.
