§ 130A‑443. Rules.
Rules governing the contentsfor health assessment reports, the procedure for reporting under this Article,and those persons authorized to inspect the files shall be developed jointly bythe Department of Public Instruction and the Commission for Public Health andshall be adopted by the Commission for Public Health.
