§130A‑451.  Commission to adopt rules.

For the protection of thepublic health, the Commission shall adopt rules to implement this Article,AHERA, and the asbestos NESHAP for renovations and demolitions. (1989,c. 724, s. 1; 1993 (Reg. Sess., 1994), c. 686, s. 5.)
