§ 131D‑11. Inspection.
The Department of Health andHuman Services shall, as authorized by G.S. 153‑51, inspect regularly alllocal confinement facilities as defined by G.S. 153‑50(4) to determinecompliance with the minimum standards for local confinement facilities adoptedby the Social Services Commission.
