§133‑16. Real property furnished to the federal government.
Whenever real property isacquired by an agency and furnished as a required contribution to a federalproject, the agency has the authority to make all payments and to provide allassistance in the same manner and to the same extent as in cases of acquisitionby the agency of real property for a federal aid project.
