§ 136‑103.1.  Outsidecounsel.

The Attorney General isauthorized to employ outside counsel as he deems necessary for the purpose ofobtaining title abstracts and title certificates for transportation systemrights‑of‑way and for assistance in the trial of condemnation casesinvolving the acquisition of rights‑of‑way and other interests inland for the purpose of transportation construction. Compensation, as approvedby the Attorney General, shall be paid out of the appropriations from theHighway Fund.  (1973,c. 507, s. 4; 2009‑266, s. 26.)
