§ 136‑254. Grantapproval.
All grants made under thisArticle are subject to approval of the Secretary of Transportation afterconsultation with the Board of Transportation. The Fund may be administered inconjunction with G.S. 136‑44.20 and G.S. 136‑44.36, but any fundsallocated under those sections shall continue to be available as providedtherein. (2009‑527,s. 1.)
