§139‑41.1. Powers of counties that are not authorized to levy watershedimprovement taxes.
A county may exercise any ofthe powers set out in this Article without having been authorized to levy awatershed improvement tax pursuant to the procedures of G.S. 139‑39 and139‑40 or otherwise. (1981, c. 251, s. 1.)
