If any person shall, by anyfalse representation or pretense, with intent to defraud or cheat, obtain fromany club, association, society or company for the improvement of the breed ofcattle, horses, sheep, swine, fowls or other domestic animals or birds, acertificate of registration of any animal in the herd register of any suchassociation, society or company, or a transfer of any such registration, uponconviction thereof, the person is guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
