§14‑109.  Manufacture, sale, or gift of devices for cheating slotmachines, etc.

Any person who, with intent tocheat or defraud the owner, lessee, licensee or other person entitled to thecontents of any automatic vending machine, slot machine, coin‑box telephoneor other receptacle, depository or contrivance designed to receive lawful coinof the United States of America in connection with the sale, use or enjoymentof property or service, or who, knowing that the same is intended for unlawfuluse, shall manufacture for sale, or sell or give away any slug, device orsubstance whatsoever intended or calculated to be placed or deposited in anysuch automatic vending machine, slot machine, coin‑box telephone or othersuch receptacle, depository or contrivance, shall be guilty of a Class 2misdemeanor.
