§14‑159.  Injuring buildings or fences; taking possession of house withoutconsent.

If any person shall deface,injure or damage any house, uninhabited house or other building belonging toanother; or deface, damage, pull down, injure, remove or destroy any fence orwall enclosing, in whole or in part, the premises belonging to another; orshall move into, take possession of and/or occupy any house, uninhabited houseor other building situated on the premises belonging to another, without havingfirst obtained authority so to do and consent of the owner or agent thereof, heshall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
