§14‑251.  Violation made misdemeanor.

Any person, firm orcorporation violating any of the provisions of G.S. 14‑247 to 14‑250shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor.  Nothing in G.S. 14‑247 through14‑251 shall apply to the purchase, use or upkeep or expense account ofthe car for the executive mansion and the Governor.
