Prison Breach andPrisoners.
§ 14‑255. Escape ofworking prisoners from custody.
If any prisoner removed fromthe local confinement facility or satellite jail/work release unit of a countypursuant to G.S. 162‑58 shall escape from the person having him incustody or the person supervising him, he shall be guilty of a Class 1misdemeanor.
