§ 14‑50.18.  Soliciting;encouraging participation; minor.

(a)        It is unlawful forany person to cause, encourage, solicit, or coerce a person under 16 years ofage to participate in criminal street gang activity.

(b)        A violation of thissection is a Class F felony.

(c)        Nothing in thissection shall preclude a person who commits a violation of this section fromcriminal culpability for the underlying offense committed by the minor underany other provision of law.  (2008‑214, s. 3.)
