§ 14‑50.19.  Threats todeter from gang withdrawal.

(a)        It is unlawful forany person to communicate a threat of injury to a person, or to damage theproperty of another, with the intent to deter a person from assisting anotherto withdraw from membership in a criminal street gang.

(b)        A violation of thissection is a Class H felony.  (2008‑214, s. 3.)
