§ 143‑112. Superintendents to be within call of board meetings.
The superintendent of each of the various State institutions shall bepresent on the premises of his institution and within the call of the board ofdirectors during all regular or special meetings of the board, and shallrespond to all calls of the board for any information which it may wish at hishands.
