§ 143‑115. Trustee, director, officer or employee violating law guilty of misdemeanor.

Any member or members of any board of trustees, board of directors, orother controlling body governing any of the institutions of the State, or anyofficer, employee of, or person holding any position with any of theinstitutions of the State, violating any of the provisions of G.S. 143‑114,shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor, and upon conviction in any court ofcompetent jurisdiction judgment shall be rendered by such court removing suchmember, officer, employee, or person holding any position from his place,office or position.
