§ 143‑151.1. Enforcement.

The Commissioner may initiate any appropriate action or proceeding toprevent, restrain, or correct any violation of the Act, this Article, or anyrules adopted under this Article. The Commissioner, or any of his deputies oremployees, upon showing proper credentials and in the discharge of their dutiesunder this Article, or the Act, is authorized at reasonable hours and withoutadvance notice to enter and inspect all factories, warehouses, orestablishments in this State in which manufactured homes are manufactured,stored or held for sale.
