§ 143‑251. Cooperative agreements.
In furtherance of the purposes of this Article the Commission is herebyauthorized and empowered to enter into cooperative agreements pertaining to themanagement and development of the wildlife resources with federal, State, andother agencies, or governmental subdivisions. (1947, c. 263, s. 15.)
