Social security numbers andidentifying information obtained by the Commission shall be treated as providedin G.S. 132‑1.10. For purposes of this section, "identifyinginformation" also includes a person's mailing address, residence address,date of birth, and telephone number. (2005‑455, s. 1.17; 2006‑255, s. 11.1.)
