Every person selling pesticides directly to the consumer shall filewith the Board, in such manner and with such frequency as the Board mayprescribe, reports of purchases, sales and shipments of restricted usepesticides and other pesticides designated by the Board. Failure to file anyreport when due shall be cause for suspension or revocation of any license orregistration issued under this Article, or for denial of the issuance orrenewal of any such license or registration, and shall be a misdemeanor,punishable as provided by G.S. 143‑469. The time for reporting may beextended for an additional 15 days for cause, upon written request to theBoard. All reports provided under this Part are provided solely for thepurposes of the Board.
