Article 58.

Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies.

§ 143‑532.  Definitions.

For the purposes of this Article:

(1)        The term "inaugural period" means the period whichincludes the day on which the ceremony inaugurating the Governor is held, theseven calendar days immediately preceding such day, and the seven calendar daysimmediately subsequent to such day; and

(2)        The term "inaugural planning period" means theperiod beginning July 1 of the year in which the Governor is elected and endingthe last day in the inaugural period. (1975, c. 816.)
